DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat the oven to 325° F. Grease a skillet pan or round cake pan with cooking spray.

2. In a medium bowl whisk all the dry ingredients, except for the sea salt.

3. In a separate bowl combine the pumpkin puree, almond butter, maple syrup, egg, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and almond milk.

4. Add the wet to the dry and stir until combined. Fold in chocolate chips and pour batter into skillet. Sprinkle a few more chocolate chips on top.

5. Bake for 20 minutes, remove from oven, and let cool. Sprinkle with sea salt and pumpkin seeds, and drizzle with almond butter if desired.
